Hoppr continues global growth with strategic Latin America partnership and commitment to European regional HQ

PERTH, WA – 05 March 2026 - Hoppr, a leading innovator in addressable TV and targeted advertising solutions, today announced a strategic partnership with Lotier Consulting (Lotier) and confirmed plans to establish a new European regional headquarters in London, further accelerating its global growth strategy.

The partnership with Lotier marks Hoppr’s formal entry into Latin America, covering Brazil, Spanish-speaking South Latin America, and Mexico and Northern Latin America.

Across the region, broadcasters, telecom operators and streaming platforms are upgrading their services and looking for new ways to grow advertising revenue. Lotier will act as Hoppr’s local commercial partner, supporting market entry, commercial rollout, strategic partnerships and customer growth.

Latin America presents a significant opportunity for Hoppr. In Brazil alone, smaller and mid-sized TV and broadband operators account for more than 20 million subscribers, alongside major national broadcasters and telecom groups accelerating investment in digital monetisation, server-side ad insertion (SSAI), audience intelligence and cross-platform advertising capabilities.

The region is also preparing for major broadcast changes ahead of the 2026 World Cup, creating a timely opportunity for broadcasters and operators to rethink how they deliver and monetise advertising at scale.

George Gelavis, Executive Chair of Hoppr, said: “Sport has always been one of advertising’s most powerful environments because it delivers attention at national scale. As Latin America prepares for the 2026 World Cup and the next phase of digital broadcast evolution, broadcasters and operators have an opportunity to modernise how they monetise those defining moments. With Lotier’s deep regional expertise and relationships, we can move quickly to help operators unlock new revenue and give brands clearer, measurable campaign results.”

Anwar Nassar, CEO of Lotier Consulting, added: “Hoppr is entering Latin America at the right time, and we’re ready to help make it happen. We’re already seeing strong demand in the region for more effective and measurable TV advertising. Hoppr brings a differentiated platform that aligns closely with what broadcasters and operators are looking for, and we are proud to support its expansion across the region.”

The Lotier partnership forms part of Hoppr’s wider global expansion in 2026. In Europe, Hoppr will establish a new regional headquarters in London and expand its team throughout the year to support customers and partners across the region.

This follows the recent strategic partnership with Communication Video Engineering (CVE) in Italy, announced in February 2026, which marked Hoppr’s entry into a European market with an addressable TV audience of approximately 26 million households.

George Gelavis continued: “Hoppr is built to monetise every viewer moment. With over 30 million screens already under contract globally, establishing our European base in London is a clear statement of intent. London gives us the right platform to scale across Europe and build lasting partnerships in one of the world’s most important advertising markets.”
